Speaker:  Lauren Moscoe, PhD of Trinity Health
Topic:  Lauren Moscoe, PhD of Trinity Health and the Project Manager of the St. Joe’s Farm, will be talk about her research on the Andean tuber and The Farm at St. Joe's.  The Andean tuber is a plant native to the Andes and a food source.  The Farm at St. Joe's is a community garden providing food for the community.

There are many factors that play into the demise of the butterflies. The lack of habitat, urban sprawl, herbicides, and pesticides. Brenda has a Facebook Page with information about butterflies and moths.
