DTE Garden (On-going)

DTE Energy Training Center
38155 Cherry Hill
Westland MI 48187

The garden is located in the back of the training center.  When you enter the parking lot go to the back of the lot and through the open gate.  Follow the road back.  We are on the left hand side past the large brown shed.  Please Go Slow, as there are people walking around and large vehicles about.

We provide fresh organic vegetables to two local food banks.  We average around 7,000 lbs. per year.  We do all aspects of vegetable gardening from planting seeds and plants in the spring to cover cropping in the fall.

We meet from mid April through late October on Mondays from 9-11 am and on some Thursdays and Wednesdays from 9-11 am.  All Master and non-Master gardeners are welcome.
